New Harmony Life was founded by Carolyn and Russ, who live on and steward the land. They bring decades of experience in conservation, land management, and community building to every aspect of the retreat.

Yes! Each season on the Loess Hills offers something unique — wildflower blooms in spring, stargazing on warm summer nights, dramatic fall color, and the quiet stillness of winter. Some accommodations and events may be seasonal; check the Events and Bookings pages for current availability.

Cell service on the property is limited — part of the beauty of being out here. We do offer Wi-Fi at the main gathering area, but we encourage guests to embrace the opportunity to unplug. The Loess Hills have a way of reminding you what you've been missing.
